Laura Rientjes

Laura Rientjes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Laura most recently worked at Netlify as a Senior Director of People. Prior to that, they held positions at Salesforce, where they served as a Director of Employee Success and a Senior Manager of Employee Success. Laura also worked at Tableau Software 2 as a Manager of Human Resources, primarily focusing on supporting the Senior Vice President of Sales in the Americas. Laura's earlier experiences include working at Rightside as an HR Business Partner, Wenatchee Valley Medical Center as an HR Associate, and Grizzly Industrial Inc. as an HR Assistant.

Laura Rientjes received their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Skagit Valley College from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Western Washington University between 2006 and 2008.
