Kristine Emilie Lingen

Kristine Emilie Lingen is a seasoned professional in the fields of talent management and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Netlight since July 2021. Previously, Kristine held the position of IT Recruitment Advisor at Capus AS from October 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire recruitment process, managing budgets, and providing client and candidate consultancy. Prior experience includes working as a Consultant at Ressurs Tromsø from December 2016 to March 2019, focusing on career guidance for multilingual individuals and conducting market assessments in Tromsø. Additionally, Kristine has experience as a Training Instructor at SATS and as a Research Assistant at Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge. Kristine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from UiT-The Arctic University of Norway.
