Spiros Perris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Spiros started their career at INTRACOM S.A. in 1996 as a SW Switching Engineer, where they worked until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they served as an SW Engineering Consultant at Ericsson UK Ltd. Subsequently, they joined Ericsson Eurolab Deutschland GmBH as a UMTS Function Tester from 2000 to 2001.
In 2002, Perris moved to Tellas as a Voice Switching Engineer, focusing on network optimization and planning of Voice Switching Network. Spiros stayed with Tellas until 2009, when it merged with WIND Hellas, and they became a Voice Core Engineer there. In this role, their responsibilities included configuring and troubleshooting Fixed Voice Core Network, particularly in VoIP functionality.
In 2014, Perris joined BroadSoft as a Resident Engineer - EMEA, where they worked for a few months before transitioning to Deutsche Telekom AG as a Senior Tester VoIP IMS. Spiros held this position for two years before joining NetNumber in 2016 as a Resident Engineer - EMEA, where they currently work.
Overall, Perris has gained extensive experience in various fields of telecommunications, including network optimization, testing, engineering, and troubleshooting.
Spiros Perris completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 1986 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications from Loughborough University, which they completed from 1993 to 1994.
