Michael Fling

Michael Fling began their work experience in 2007 at Comcast, where they held various roles. Michael started as a Construction Specialist before becoming a Communications Technician 4, responsible for installing and repairing lines of business, specializing in B2B commercial services. Michael also trained new hires and technicians interested in commercial work. Later, they transitioned to the role of Business Project Coordinator, acting as a liaison between B2B sales and construction, providing project coordination for customers. From 2016 to 2019, Michael worked as a Planning & Design Engineer, designing telecommunications networks and managing fiber to the home designs, as well as identifying areas for potential expansion. A significant part of their role involved preparing build proposals and presenting them to a finance committee. In 2019, they joined Quanta Telecommunication Services as a Design Engineering Manager, leading a team and overseeing large-scale OSP fiber builds.
