Samantha Stegall has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and academia. Samantha started their career in 2014 as an Academic Tutor at Itawamba Community College. In 2014, they also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University, where they conducted experiments and researched topics in biomedical engineering.

In 2016, Samantha continued their research at Mississippi State University as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, focusing on adipose stem cell conversion and bacteriophage therapy. Samantha also served as a Summer Academy Instructor in 2017, teaching biomedical engineering topics and organizing a symposium for students.

From 2018 to 2020, Samantha worked at Cyient as an Engineering Specialist, ensuring design quality for fiber optic overlay networks. Samantha utilized various software and calculators to design and revise construction prints.

Since 2020, Samantha has been working at NetPMD Solutions. Samantha'scurrent role is Design Manager OSP Engineering, where they coordinate projects and prioritizes automation in FTTX design. Samantha has expertise in designing buried fiber optic networks and writing subroutines for design automation.
