Job Description: Account Based Marketing Manager

To expand further into enterprises, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team and drive strategic marketing initiatives focused on key accounts, with major focus on India market currently.

Role Overview: As an Account Based Marketing Manager at Netradyne Technology, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to engage and influence key accounts. You will collaborate closely with the sales and global marketing teams to identify high-value accounts, understand their needs, and create customized marketing programs to drive awareness, generate leads & opportunities, and accelerate the sales cycle. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and a proven track record of successfully executing ABM programs in the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies and programs to drive pipeline growth and customer retention for key accounts.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and create account-specific marketing plans aligned with the overall sales and marketing strategy.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of target accounts and verticals, their industry trends, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  4. Create compelling marketing content and collateral tailored to the needs and preferences of target accounts, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
  5. Work closely with the global marketing team to leverage various marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and webinars, to execute account-based marketing campaigns.
  6. Develop and manage personalized nurture campaigns to engage key stakeholders within target accounts and guide them through the buyer's journey.
  7. Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure alignment between account-based marketing efforts and overall product messaging and positioning.
  8. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of account-based marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless execution of account-based marketing initiatives and alignment with broader company goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in account-based marketing to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience (6-10 years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing in the technology industry.
  2. Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful account-based marketing programs that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  4. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content tailored to different target audiences.
  6. Experience leveraging various marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and webinars, to execute account-based marketing campaigns.
  7. Familiarity with ABM, marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tribilio) and the ability to leverage these tools to drive marketing initiatives.
  8. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This Services are provided in the United States, and are located and targeted to persons in the United States and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws.
