Position Overview:

As the Senior Director, Customer Marketing leader you will lead customer advocacy, including managing customer references, creating impactful customer stories, and driving strategic customer engagement and evangelism. In this role, you will partner across the organization to deliver campaigns that showcase the value our most strategic customers achieve through Netradyne’s AI-enabled safety platform. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to scale and operationalize customer marketing efforts. As the first leader in this role, reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you’ll work closely with stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other customer-facing teams. You'll develop integrated engagement programs and help build a comprehensive library of customer stories, including case studies and testimonials. This is a key role in accelerating our growth by advancing our next-generation customer advocacy and bringing the voice of the customer to life.

Key Responsibilities:

· Craft impactful stories: Uncover and create compelling stories that illustrate our customers' transformation, highlight relevant features, and celebrate the people behind the success.

· Deliver world-class content: Lead the production of high-quality videos, case studies, slide decks, and other assets that define customer marketing at Netradyne.

· Build strategic relationships: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring their goals are met and their feedback is valued within our organization.

· Coordinate multi-touchpoint engagement: Develop and execute engagement plans that include brand campaigns, premium video content, and customer signage, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy.

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams: Partner with internal teams to create and execute strategies that amplify our brand’s visibility and reputation through customer stories and partnerships.

· Manage C-Level relationships: Engage directly with executives from strategic accounts to understand their business objectives and ensure alignment with Netradyne's goals.

· Track and report on strategic initiatives: Monitor the success of key initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership, spotlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

· Ensure exceptional customer experiences: Ensure all customer interactions are of the highest quality, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens relationships and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer references, or customer-focused marketing within the information technology or cloud industries, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

· Proven ability to create compelling customer stories in various formats, with a portfolio of published examples.

· Successful track record of collaborating with customer and internal executives, sales, product, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

· Experience working with major brands to drive customer advocacy, including navigating internal requirements for communications and legal approvals.

· High energy, ownership mentality, and a drive to enhance processes and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight timelines.

· Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to inspire urgency within the team.

· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functionally and with senior management.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize independently and delegate tasks as needed.

· Proficiency in both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

· Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Ability to travel within the US

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
