Shaun Martin

Shaun Martin is an experienced professional in customer success operations, currently serving as Sr Director of Customer Success Operations at Netradyne since January 2023. Prior roles include Sr Director of CS Operations at Apptio, Director of CS Operations at Databricks, and various leadership positions at Red Hat, including Global Services Operations Director. Shaun also held senior management roles at TIBCO, i2, and eLoyalty, focusing on EMEA services operations throughout a substantial career that began in 1999. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Staffordshire, completed between 1990 and 1994, and attended Portsmouth Grammar School from 1983 to 1990.
