Michael Gonzales has a substantial work experience spanning many years across various industries. Michael began their career in 2008 as a Geospatial Imagery Analyst Specialist in the US Army before transitioning to the private sector. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Kaizen Partnership UK. Following that, they joined Netflix as the Head of Customer Operations until 2018. In 2019, they held the position of Director of Customer Success at TriNet HR Corporation before becoming the Operations Manager for the Americas at Juul Labs. In 2022, they worked as a Customer Quality Engineer at FM Industries, and later in 2023, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at The Digital Marketing Wizard. Currently, they are the Chief Customer Officer at NetraScale.
Michael Gonzales has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from California State University - East Bay, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Modesto Junior College, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications related to sales and marketing from LinkedIn.
