Jhennyfer Armas possesses extensive experience in management and consultancy roles, currently serving as Coordinador de Gestión de Indicadores at Soluciones Netready since July 2019, focusing on the design and update of management indicators, process documentation, technical proposal development, and client satisfaction measurements.
