Jonathan Jones has diverse work experience in various industries. Jonathan started their career at TeleTech as a Customer Service Representative, managing U.S. customer queries. Jonathan then worked as an Operation and Sales Manager at Baños Portatiles Irapuato S.A. de C.V. for six years.

In 2010, Jonathan transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Representative for MSD. Their role involved promoting products to general practitioners and ensuring they were stocked in pharmacies and hospitals.

In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "How to Rock an Interview," "How to Stand Out," and "Leading with Empathy." These certifications were obtained in March 2022 from LinkedIn.
