Kean Phen Wong

Kean Phen Wong's work experience begins in 2014, when they joined CET - Customer Escalation Teams at Pactera, where they worked with HP Company to solve network and system environment problems. Kean Phen also created test cases and provided solutions to customers. In 2016, they worked as an IT Support Specialist at Flick Solutions Pte Ltd, managing and implementing systems for a Time Management application and biometric machines. In 2017, they joined Pactera again as a QA Engineer, handling the QA process and R&D process for Mobike Singapore. Kean Phen communicated with R&D and Product Managers to ensure product quality and gave approval for the application's launch. In the same year, they also started working at Razer Inc. as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they managed projects, provided software engineering support, and enhanced test cases. In 2023, they joined NETS as a Senior Engineer.

Kean Phen Wong earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Multimedia University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
