Ty Wong

TY Wong has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. TY most recently worked at NETS as a Project Manager, focusing on Infrastructure Services. Prior to that, they were a Lead Analyst at Sakon, where they managed the lifecycle of projects and collaborated with various stakeholders. TY Wong also worked as a Provisioning Engineer and Data Center Operation Engineer at Leaseweb, where they designed, set up, and managed information/network systems. TY gained experience in similar roles at Singtel, where they worked as a Provisioning Associate Engineer. TY Wong's earlier experience includes working as a Core Network Engineer at Huawei and as a Test Engineer at SMT Technologies SDN BHD. In these roles, they provided technical support, conducted testing, and implemented solutions for hardware and software products.

TY Wong completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, between 2008 and 2011, TY Wong obtained a Diploma in Mechatronic from Polytechnic Muadzam Shah, with a specialization in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, TY Wong has also obtained various certifications. These include being a (ISC)² Candidate, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and certifications in Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools, Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools, and Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn. TY Wong also completed a course in Python Data Structures from Coursera.
