Larry Cantwell has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Larry began their career at Formation Inc as an Engineer from 1991 to 1994. Larry then worked at McData/CNT/INRANGE/GSN as a Senior Director of Engineering from 1994 to 2005. Larry later joined Tacit Networks as VP of Software Engineering, where they successfully led the acquisition and integration of the company. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the Executive Vice President & CTO at ONPATH Technologies Corp, a startup that was later sold to NetScout. Following the acquisition, Larry became a Senior Director of Engineering at NetScout, leading the integration of the two companies' products. Larry then became the Area Vice President and General Manager of the Test Optimization Business Unit at NetScout, focusing on reducing time to market for customers. Additionally, Larry has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Rutgers U. MBA Program.

Larry Cantwell attended the University of New Haven from 1985 to 1986, where they studied Electrical Engineering. From 1986 to 1990, they pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Continuing their education, Larry acquired an MBA in Management at Rutgers University - Camden between 1994 and 1999. In 2011 and 2012, they engaged in coursework in Finance and Accounting at The Wharton School.
