Vijayalakshmi Seshadri

Vijayalakshmi Seshadri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vijayalakshmi started their career as a Trainee at i-flex solutions in 2001, where they were involved in the project "Data certification". Vijayalakshmi then worked as a Trainee at National Semiconductor, where they contributed to the design and development of test patterns on SPARTAN 2E FPGA.

From 2002 to 2004, Vijayalakshmi worked as a Research Assistant at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Here, they gained experience in research and assisted with various projects.

In 2004, they joined AllGo Embedded Systems Pvt Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they focused on software development.

From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Airvana Networks as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they played a key part in the development of CDMA 1x RTT Femto Cell products. Vijayalakshmi was involved in design, development, quality improvement, and overall understanding of CDMA protocols.

Since December 2010, Vijayalakshmi has been working at NETSCOUT as a Principal Software Engineer. In this position, they are a key member of a multi-functional team responsible for developing 5G/LTE mobile network monitoring software for both hardware and cloud platforms. Vijayalakshmi leads projects, collaborates with internal teams, and has played a crucial role in designing and developing packet parsers for real-time traffic analysis and business analytics.

Vijayalakshmi Seshadri has a diverse education history. Vijayalakshmi completed their Masters degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelors degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from the same institution from 1998 to 2002.

In their earlier academic years, they attended Bharathi Vidya Bhavan, Erode from 1996 to 1998 for their Higher Secondary education. Before that, they attended Kalaimagal Kalvi Nilayam, Erode from 1990 to 1996 for their High School education.

Apart from their formal education, they also obtained a Professional Diploma in Business Administration from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension from 2015 to 2016.

Vijayalakshmi completed the "Architecting with Google Compute Engine" course from Coursera in August 2022. In June 2022, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for "Introduction to Cloud Infrastructure Technologies." Furthermore, in January 2021, they completed the "AI Programming with Python Nanodegree" from Udacity.
