Ananya has more than two decades of experience in creating customized and holistic solutions that address financial and operational requirements of corporate businesses. Her expertise ranges from human resources development, recruitment and training, to managing the firm’s P&L end-to-end. Before joining Netscribes, Ananya was the Joint Vice President at Aditya Birla Finance where she led a team responsible for developing its debt syndication business.
