Jamie Flaherty

Jamie Flaherty, ICAE, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, in 2023, Jamie worked at Netserv Applications as the VP of Business Development and Marketing. Prior to that, Jamie served as an Entrepreneur and President/CEO at Swipez Processing starting in 2021. In 2022, Jamie joined Xola as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive.

Before these roles, Jamie gained significant experience at Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc., where they held various positions from 2012 to 2022, including Key Account Manager, Senior Manager of Sales and Client Success, Manager of Sales and Client Success, Client Success Manager/Marketing Liaison, and Client Success Manager.

Jamie's career also includes roles at Sodexo as an Area Operations Manager from 2007 to 2010, and at Off Campus Solutions (later Off-Campus Dining Network and Off Campus Solutions) as the Director of Corporate Education from 2004 to 2007, Director of Operations from 2005 to 2007, Director of Customer Service from 2004 to 2005, and Regional Manager in 2003.

Throughout their career, Jamie has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and client success abilities, as well as expertise in business development and marketing.

Jamie Flaherty, ICAE, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they attended from 1997 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including the IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive (ICAE) from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions in 2021. They have also acquired the certification for "21 Opportunities for Better Networking" from LinkedIn, with the year of attainment unspecified. Another certification they possess is the IAAPA Certified Attractions Leader (ICAL), although the year of attainment is not specified.
