From 2017 to 2020, they were a Project Manager and Communication, supervising an office, managing multiple properties, and coordinating construction projects. In 2020, they were a Project Manager, Web Developer, and Marketing Specialist, developing, managing, and upkeeping websites for clients. Lastly, they are currently a Project Manager at NetServ, overseeing two large scale projects and a range of small projects dedicated to hardening the company's cybersecurity posture. Lucia has also implemented rigorous monitoring and utilized Jira's features to improve team productivity by 20%.
