Mohammed Abdul Zameer has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources. Mohammed began their career in 2005 as an HR Coordinator at Baxter International Inc. where they were responsible for recruitment, preliminary round interviews, induction programs, joining formalities, and performance appraisals. In 2007, they moved to Specialty Polyfilms as an Officer - HR, where they handled end-to-end recruitment, induction programs, and preparing appointment, probation, confirmation, increment, and relieving letters. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at Concentrix as an Associate Manager - HR, where they were responsible for induction and orientation, performance management systems, training and development, new HR initiatives, learning programs, statutory compliances/IR, training effectiveness evaluation, employee engagement/OD, PeopleSoft Oracle, HR-MIS with dashboards, and payroll for 3200 employees. Most recently, they have been employed at NetServ as a Human Resource Manager Strategic since 2022.

Mohammed Abdul Zameer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in the year 2000 to 2003. Mohammed then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources from MBA Human Resource from 2003 to 2005.
