Gary Autiello

Gary Autiello currently serves as Sr. Manager of Support Escalations at Netskope since August 2021, overseeing a Tier 3 group within the Security Operations Center and enhancing support quality for internal and external customers. Prior to this role, Gary held various positions at Secureworks from December 2011 to August 2021, including Sr. Manager of IT Security, where management of a 14-member Health team in the Counter Threat Operations Center was a key responsibility. Gary's earlier roles at Secureworks also included technical team leadership and analyst positions, contributing to operational excellence and client support. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Roger Williams University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
