Jim Shobe

Jim Shobe is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Netskope since January 2023, Jim previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Twitter from August 2021 to January 2023. Jim's career at Amazon spanned from November 2014 to August 2021, during which various roles included Software Development Manager for Amazon Go and Amazon Prime, as well as Quality Assurance Manager for both Amazon Prime and Amazon Local. Prior experience includes serving as QA Manager at Articulate from September 2012 to November 2014 and holding multiple positions at Microsoft from May 2000 to January 2010, culminating as a Senior Test Lead for Visual Studio. Jim Shobe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography from the University of Washington.
