Kimberly Alexy is an accomplished business executive with over 25 years of experience in various industries. Kimberly currently serves as an independent board member at Netskope, and has previously held leadership positions at Kate Farms, Western Digital, Alteryx, Microsemi Corporation, and VIZIO.

Ms. Alexy has a proven track record of success in both public and private companies. Kimberly has extensive experience with corporate governance, audit committees, and special committees. In their role as Audit Committee Chair at Mandiant, they were instrumental in the company's successful sale to FireEye for $1.2 billion.
