Omer Rafiq

Omer Rafiq is a Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in procurement and contracts management. Currently serving as Manager Purchase & Procurement at NETSOL Technologies Inc. since May 2012, Omer Rafiq is responsible for procuring IT-related items and negotiating with suppliers.
