Ashley Francis has a strong background in project management and customer service. Ashley worked at Netspend for over 10 years, starting as a Fraud Analyst in 2007 and progressing to the role of Sr. Program Manager in November 2018. During their time at Netspend, they also held roles such as Project Manager II and I in the Customer Service department, as well as Customer Response Team Supervisor and Customer Care Team Lead.
