Jürg Rhyner

Jürg Rhyner has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. From 2021, they have been serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at NETSTAL. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Human Resources at KraussMaffei HighPerformance AG. Previously, from 2009 to 2019, they held various positions at Netstal Maschinen AG, including Head of Human Resources and Personalbereichsleiter. Before that, from 2000 to 2009, they worked at TRIDONIC as a Lohnbuchhalter, where they were responsible for payroll processing, employee administration, and vocational training. Jürg began their career as an RAV-Personalbereater at RAV Glarus from 1996 to 2000.

Jürg Rhyner completed their Baupolier Diploma from Baupolierschule St. Gallen in 1988 and obtained the HR-Fachmann Eid. Fachausweis from GET Zug in 2000.
