They have held positions at various companies, including Andy Hiscox Consulting Pty Ltd, Patrick Corporation, WorldGroup Consulting, Horwath, ScubaWorld International, GloCell, Barloworld Logistics, Execulink, and Barloworld Optimus USA Inc. Their educational backgrounds are also quite diverse, with degrees in industrial engineering, accounting, and industrial and systems engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria.
