Michael Ifraimov

Michael Ifraimov has extensive experience in the finance industry, holding various leadership roles in prestigious companies. Michael started as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in 2005 and transitioned to roles at American Securities Opportunities Fund and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Michael then moved on to Stifel, Barclays Capital, and Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, before joining Netsurit as the Vice President of Corporate Development in 2022. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in mergers & acquisitions, leveraged finance, and investment banking within diverse sectors.

Michael Ifraimov holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Michael later pursued an MBA in Finance, Accounting, Management, and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completed between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Series 79 and Series 63 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
