Victoria Muri Henden

Victoria Muri Henden has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Victoria Muri currently works as a People Operations Manager at Nettbureau, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Biltema Norge where they held various roles, including HR-leder from February 2018 to June 2022. In this role, they had overall responsibility for all personnel and HR-related matters within the organization, including HR, personnel management, recruitment, onboarding, development, and training.

Victoria also gained professional experience as a Medarbeider at Biltema Norge from August 2016 to February 2018, and from April 2009 to August 2016. In addition, they had internship experiences at Sykehuspartner HF in October and November 2017, where they focused on tasks related to e-learning, creating quick guides, and meeting culture, and at Direktoratet for forvaltning og IKT (Difi) in March and April 2017.

Furthermore, Victoria started their career as an Aspirantdommer at Norges Basketballforbund from September 2008 to June 2010, and as a Produktpromotør at Nova Vista AS in 2008.

Victoria Muri Henden completed their education in a chronological order. Victoria Muri first attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Psychology. After this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogikk at the same university, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. During their time at UiB, they also went on an exchange program to the University of Aberdeen in 2015, where they studied Management studies and Psychology for a brief period. To further their education, Victoria enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master's degree in Arbeidslivspedagogikk - Kunnskap, utdanning og læring (KUL).
