Ivy Teo (IHRP-CA)

Ivy Teo has been working in Human Resources since 2015. Ivy began their career as a Cashier at NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd in 2015. In 2017, they became an HR Coordinator at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. In 2018, they were an HR and Corp Comms Intern at PSA Marine. In 2019, they were a Recruitment Coordinator Intern in the Executive Recruiting Team for APJ/GC at SAP, and an HR Generalist in the APAC region at BCD Travel. Currently, they are an HR Business Partner at NetVirta, Inc. where they manage recruitment and the full employee life cycle activities for developers, designers and researchers, supports and coordinates campus recruitment events, manages employer branding content creation, conducts internal training on soft skills, plans and executes remote and on-site employee engagement activities, and works closely with multiple stakeholders on different projects.
