Guy Schuermans is the Founder and Managing Partner of O4M, providing coaching and advisory services since March 2013, with expertise in change management, workplace transformation, and business process optimization. As the Voorzitter Selectiecommité en Mentor at Netwerk Ondernemen vzw since October 2014, Guy Schuermans plays a key role in selecting awardees for support. Previous roles include Associate at ubeon, Managing Director at Euroclear overseeing Corporate Spend Management, CEO of a local Central Securities Depository, and Global Head of Human Resources. Early career experience includes positions at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included local and global HR leadership, and a managerial role at EY. Guy Schuermans holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and has degrees in International Business and Finance from KU Leuven and Hasselt University, respectively.
