Massimiliano started their career in 1998 as a Programmer at Esse ti Erre, where they worked with Visual Basic and Visual C++. In 1998, they moved to SI engineering as a Visual C++ Programmer. In 1999, they joined Crea centro ricerche europeo Amada Schiavi as a Visual C++ Programmer. From 2000 to 2018, they worked at Intesa Sanpaolo as a Cyber Security Specialist and SOC Leader. Massimiliano Faudarole has an extensive education history in computer science and cybersecurity. Massimiliano graduated in Computer Science with a specialization in Telematics in 1996. Following that, they obtained certifications in Autocad and 3D Studio Max in 1997, and Coding and Security RPG400 in 1998. In 1999, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) certification. In 2000, they completed the Architecting Applications with IBM Z program and became an IBM Z System Administrator. Massimiliano also earned the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification in 2001.
Massimiliano further pursued their education in cybersecurity. Massimiliano completed multiple courses at the SANS Technology Institute, including SEC507 - Auditing & Monitoring Networks, Perimeters & Systems, SEC504 - Hacker Tools, Techniques, Exploits, and Incident Handling, SEC617 - Wireless Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking, and FOR508 - Advanced Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Digital Forensics, all completed in 2005-2007. In 2008, they received training in Microsoft Security Essentials and Advanced from Microsoft. Additionally, they completed two more certifications with SANS Institute: FOR610 - Reverse-Engineering Malware: Malware Analysis Tools and Techniques and SEC540 - Cloud Security and DevOps Automation, both in recent years.
