Jenny Derks

Jenny Derks has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Jenny started their career as an HR Assistant - Projects at Affinity Health System in 2001 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2010, they served as a Compensation Analyst. Subsequently, they held the position of Manager of Compensation and Employee Relations at Affinity Health System from 2010 to 2023. Jenny then moved on to become the Vice President of Operations at Ascension from 2019 to 2022. Following this role, they joined Ascension|Calumet Hospital as the Chief Administrative Officer from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, they worked at UW Health as the System Director Total Rewards from 2022 to 2023. Presently, they are the Human Resources Director at Network Health WI, a position they have held since 2023.
