Nicole Kowalski

Nicole Kowalski, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Network Health WI since September 2019. In this role, Nicole acts as a business partner to management, addressing a range of HR issues including workforce planning, employee relations, and recruitment. Prior to this, Nicole held a Senior Human Resources Specialist position at Old Republic Risk Management, overseeing recruitment and performance management. Additional experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cielo Talent and various positions in hospitality. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
