Justine Thompson

Justine Thompson has a strong background in policy development, customer service, and community involvement. Justine most recently worked as the Head of Business Performance & Improvement at Network Homes since March 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Bracknell Forest Homes, including Head of Policy & Customer Services from April 2011 to September 2022, and Head of Policy & Community Involvement from September 2008 to June 2011. Justine also worked at Silva Homes as a Lead Transformation Partner from June 2019 to March 2022, and previously from September 2008 to February 2022. Additionally, Justine worked at Home Group as National Policy & Information Manager from April 1995 to August 2008, and at Friendship Care & Housing as a Resident Participation Officer from 1992 to 1995.
