Leila Musa has extensive work experience in the field of sustainability, asset management, and housing. Leila is currently the Head of Sustainability and Strategic Asset Management at Network Homes, a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Net Zero Project Manager at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea from May 2021 to October 2021.

Leila also has experience working at the London Borough of Newham, where they held various roles. Leila served as Energy and Sustainability Manager from December 2013 to May 2016, focusing on borough-wide energy and sustainability initiatives.
