Rachael Elston

Rachael Elston has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 with HSBC. At HSBC, they worked as a Cashier from September 2012 to November 2013, then transitioned to a Personal Banker from December 2013 to March 2016, and finally became a Customer Experience Representative from March 2016 to November 2017.

In 2017, Rachael joined Network Homes, where they have held multiple roles. Rachael started as a Customer Service Advisor from December 2017 to June 2018, then became an Income Officer from June 2018 to October 2021. Following this, they took on the role of Income Team Leader from October 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Rachael is working as an ITT Project Manager at Network Homes, starting from April 2023.

Rachael Elston obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA (Honours) degree in Business Management (Leadership Practice) from The Open University between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice from The London Institute of Banking & Finance in 2017. In 2013 to 2014, Rachael also earned a Level 3 Certificate in Providing Financial Services from Pearson Education Ltd.
