Maegan Bell

Maegan Bell is an experienced professional in the railway consulting and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Network Rail Consulting since April 2019. In this role, Maegan leads the consulting business in Massachusetts, focusing on contract awards, revenue, profitability, and the safe delivery of consultancy projects, while also managing a team of specialists to support railway project delivery. Previously, Maegan held significant positions at Network Rail from May 2013 to April 2019, including Project Director for Infrastructure Projects Track Renewals, overseeing a £2.5 billion annual portfolio. With a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Maegan's expertise encompasses project management, asset management, and engineering in the transportation sector.
