Natasha Marsay

Natasha Marsay currently serves as the Accessibility and Integration Manager for Strategy and Policy Lead at Network Rail since July 2022. Prior to this role, Natasha was the Accessibility and Integration Manager at TransPennine Express from May 2020 to July 2022. Natasha's experience also includes working as a Community Facilitator at RNIB from October 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities involved developing peer support networks for individuals with sight loss and addressing societal perceptions of vision impairment. Additionally, Natasha owned and operated FortyFour Complimentary Therapy from August 2013 to October 2016, managing a team of therapists while providing holistic therapy services. Natasha holds an ILM Level 3 certification in Effective Performance and Management from RNIB, completed in 2018.
