Nicholas Brown

Nicholas Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the railway and logistics sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Construction Manager for Network Rail's Asset Protection team since February 2020, Nicholas was promoted from a prior role as Construction Management Assistant, where significant safety-critical experience was applied across various sites. In addition to this role, Nicholas is also a Director at Niche Logistics since March 2022. Prior experience includes working at Balfour Beatty plc as a GDSP and serving as a Track Worker at Coyle Personnel, where foundational skills in railway operations were developed. Nicholas began the career journey with an apprenticeship at ARC Academy, focusing on the fundamentals of railway engineering. Educational qualifications include a HNC in Railway Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in August 2023, and earlier education at Kirk Balk Community College.
