Paul Foot

Paul Foot is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Network Rail since December 2019, Paul previously held roles at DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Hewlett Packard, where responsibilities included end-to-end financial leadership, managing FP&A functions, and leading finance teams for significant business units. With foundational experience at Electronic Data Systems, Paul has demonstrated expertise in financial performance management and organizational leadership throughout a career spanning over three decades. Paul holds an MSc in Information Technology from Aston University and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds.
