Joan Romero has over 7 years of work experience in Human Resources. In 2021, they began working for Redux as a Lead People Ops. Latam Team and HR Generalist, Latam. Prior to that, they worked at Impala Terminals from 2014-2021 in various roles. In 2020, they obtained three certifications from TTI Success Insights: 12 Driving Forces Certified, Emotional Quotient Certified, and DISC Certified. In March 2021, they obtained a DevOps with a Coffee certification from LinkedIn.
