Michael Cross

As NetWorks Group’s Vice President of Operations, Michael oversees corporate operations and is responsible for leading the Managed Security Services Team. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and brings to NetWorks Group over 20 years of technical and 15 years of operational leadership experience. Prior to joining NetWorks Group, Michael spent 8 years as CIO of Greenleaf Hospitality Group and 5 years as IT Operations Manager for the City of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Additionally, Michael has worked in healthcare, manufacturing, and technology consulting industries in various IT capacities.
