Job Summary

Networx Systems, Inc. is actively searching for a dynamic and highly organized Account Manager committed to significantly enhancing the return on investment for our valued clients. Daily activities in this role will consist of leading meetings with Enterprise clients on a business owner level, corporate managerial, and executive level virtually and via conference call. The effective Account Manager will review client results, and upsell services, manage account changes, review and help set client KPIs, as well as general account and partnership details.   • Develop strong relationships with assigned accounts and work to understand the customer’s needs holistically
  • Oversee assigned accounts including growth strategy, pricing, product upselling/Addons, billing, and all related customer service issues
  • Grow and monitor ROI for customers as well as analyze customer results to ensure they are aligned with client needs and KPIs.
  • Develop a sales/account services framework and process that is consistently effective portfolio-wide
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of Networx Systems, Inc. products and services
  • Present options and sell products and services to new and existing clients
  • Utilize Networking techniques to expand the business’ reach
  • Support the Enterprise clients and team administratively
  • Other duties as assigned by the department manager
