Helen Randall

Helen Randall is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director at Netwrix Corporation, Helen leads four Scrum teams in delivering complex products for data access governance while fostering a high-performing and accountable culture. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Engineering at Avalara, where Helen managed three scrum teams across Europe and India, and IT Development Manager at The Pensions Regulator, overseeing an in-house development team.
