Makenzie Cox has extensive work experience in various HR-related roles. Makenzie is currently employed as an HR Operations Manager at both NetXperts Inc. and Worklyn Partners, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, from May 2019 to April 2022, they worked at Quest Diagnostics as an Sr. HR Generalist, where they also served as a Diversity Inclusion & CSR partner and QuestCAN EBN Lead. From June 2017 to April 2022, they held the position of QMS Project Manager in Learning & Development at Quest Diagnostics and was also a Diversity Inclusion & CSR Partner. Before that, from April 2016 to July 2017, Makenzie worked as an HR Specialist, collaborating closely with the Global Inclusion & Corporate Social Responsibility Department and CSR Partner. From August 2013 to April 2016, they were an Executive Recruiting Coordinator at Quest Diagnostics, supporting the logistics and communication for all executive recruiting efforts. Makenzie Cox pursued their education by attending Cabrini University from 2008 to 2009. During this time, they focused on studying psychology, although they did not obtain a degree. Following their time at Cabrini University, Makenzie went on to enroll at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2009 to 2012. There, they successfully earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology.
