Vivian Hafner is currently the Manager of Gremien & Strategie at Netze BW GmbH, a position held since June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Enablement Consultant at Capgemini Invent where responsibilities focused on change management, communication, and transformation from June 2022 to June 2024. Vivian conducted a master’s thesis on recruitment marketing for Generation Z at Daimler Truck AG from September 2021 to June 2022. Additional roles include a marketing and communication student position at SMIGHT, a bachelor’s thesis on sustainability communication with Bizerba, and various marketing internships at Bosch Rexroth and Bosch Power Tools.
