Anthony Pape

Anthony Pape has been working in the IT field since 1996. Anthony began their career as a Senior Network Technician at SSI/Microage before becoming a Network Consultant at Pape Technologies in 1999. In 2000, they were hired as a Network Administrator at Employment & Employer Services where they upgraded Linux CentOS (SME) Version 6.0 to 7.0 and then to Version 8. Anthony also installed and set-up Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls. In 2015, they started working at Total Technology Solutions Group as a Network Specialist. In 2017, they became a Helpdesk Support Technician at TTSG IT where they worked with customers' computer issues, monitored the ticketing system, and answered calls for help. In 2018, they were hired as an IT HelpDesk Manager at GSD Technologies. In 2019, they became a Help Desk Coordinator at LSI (Lending Solutions, Inc.) and in 2021 they began working as a Technical Support Specialist at NetZoom, DCIM Solutions.

Anthony Pape obtained their CCNA degree from Micro Train in 2012. In 2015, they obtained a VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV) certification from VMW-01619939J-00515375. Additionally, they have a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA which they obtained in November 1996.
