John Caldwell, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. John has worked as a UI/UX Developer at NeuAnalytics, where they designed and built functional prototypes using React JS and conducted usability testing sessions. John also conducted user interviews and performed data analysis as part of a cross-functional team.

Prior to that, John was a Co-Founder at Compile Events, a company they helped establish in 2018.

John has also held the position of Digital Design Director at Stephens & Associates Advertising, Inc, where they led the redesign of their website and facilitated workshops for goal setting, persona creation, and content strategy. John worked directly with clients and Account Service to outline statements of work and led the design strategy.

At MarksNelson LLC, John served as the User Experience Director, responsible for establishing creative direction and implementing design guidelines and standards. John also assisted in audience research and developed creative briefs and design concepts.

Before that, they worked as a Creative Director at Blue Ocean Consulting and as the Manager of Creative Services - Websites at VinSolutions. John has also had experience as a Freelance Web Designer, running their own LLC company, DIGITALCALDWELL, offering web design and hosting services. During this time, they worked on various projects, including designing the personal trainer website for celebrity trainer Kirk Myers.

John also has entrepreneurial experience, having set up an e-commerce business called USA Glove, where they designed and managed the website, implemented SEO and SEM strategies, and handled order processing and customer service.

Early in their career, John gained experience as a Senior Web Designer at Bigshot, where they worked closely with clients, account managers, and the design team. John received several awards for their work, including Addy awards and a Webby Honoree recognition.

John Caldwell, CSM, began their education in 2001 when they enrolled at the Kansas City Art Institute. John pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration & Design, which they completed in 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, John obtained their Certified ScrumMaster® certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2016. Later, in December 2013, they acquired a certification in Strategic Business Management from The Winthrop Group, Inc.

John has also sought digital marketing certifications. John completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course offered by Google in December 2018. Furthermore, in April 2020, they obtained certifications in Advanced Google Analytics, Growth-Driven Design, and Inbound from Google and HubSpot Academy, respectively. Lastly, in May 2021, they acquired an SEO certification from HubSpot Academy.
