Jennifer Ekholm

Jennifer Ekholm currently serves as Vice President and Talent Development Partner at Neuberger Berman since September 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Latham & Watkins, where Jennifer held the roles of Global Learning and Development Lead, Global Learning and Development Specialist, and Global Learning and Development Assistant from October 2019 to August 2025, focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent development. Jennifer began a career in media as a Media Development Intern at Ericsson, where responsibilities included researching media consumption habits and producing internal videos. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Scripps College.
