Oliver Little

Oliver Little, CAIA, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of UK Insurance Solutions and UK D.C. Market Strategy at Neuberger Berman, providing investment solutions to insurance companies since July 2021. Previously, Oliver held the position of Vice President at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, specializing in client advisory for global insurance solutions from April 2016 to June 2021, starting as an analyst in sales support. Before transitioning to finance, Oliver had a distinguished military career in the British Army, where roles included training manager at the Infantry Battle School and various leadership positions within 2 RIFLES, such as Fire Support Group Commander and Platoon Commander, culminating in a commitment from May 2008 to April 2016. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Exeter and completed the Regular Commissioning Course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
